QDo you provide samples? Is it free?
Samples are provided before the start of a new project so that we can ensure that our customers are satisfied with the product. Samples are charged because they are more costly.
QHow long is the service life of the picking trolley?
The service life varies depending on the using environment and the weight you load on it. Generally, it can be used for 3 to 5 years under proper use, but there are many cases where it is used over/less than this period.
QHow long does it take for me to receive the goods I ordered?
It takes around up to 4 weeks to deliver your order with no order customization but may take longer with customization. This is because we ensure that every customized product you order is uniform and high quality.
QWhat kind of payment method is accepted? What is the payment term?
We accept any convenient and prompt payment methods, but the most widely used one is T/T. The payment term is 30% down payment before production and 70% before shipment.
