What is your lead time for production?
For normal orders, we ensure production is completed within 20 to 30 days. As a direct manufacturer, we guarantee punctual delivery times in strict accordance with our formal contracts.
Do you provide installation and debugging services?
Yes. We have dedicated installation teams with extensive overseas experience. For radio shuttle cars, we send engineers to the site for debugging and operational training. For racking systems, we can execute installation through our own crews or assign engineers to guide your teams. We have successfully completed projects in Southeast Asia, America, and Europe.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
Typically, the minimum order quantity is one 20ft container. However, larger volume orders qualify for more favorable pricing.
What payment options do you support?
We accept T/T (Telegraphic Transfer) or L/C (Letter of Credit) payment methods.
