Pallet Rack, a kind of heavy duty rack, also called beam rack, suitable for storage all kinds of goods, can operate with forklift and stacker, widely used in manufacturing, logistics and distribution center and other fields, including electronics, home appliances, communications, computers, instruments, clothing, cars, tires, supermarket stores, etc.
The starting rack has 2 sets of upright, and shares 1 set of columns with the additional rack, which can be combined infinitely according to the size of the storage space.
High quality steel strip, automatic rolling mill in 12 bend angle, punching, and cut the height according to customers' requirements. This structure features strong bearing capacity and a high safety factor.
Using a roll formed section beam, which essentially is 2 sections of coil steel rolled into 'double C-sections'. Also called a box beam, it disperses the weight evenly through the beam to improve load capacity and ensure safety.
There are accessories like pallet support bars and wire mesh, which match the box beam perfectly to improve safety of operations and storage.
Steel laminate base with reinforcement design which enhances the load capacity, preventing deformation under heavy loads.
