The aisles of this rack are very narrow, reducing the aisle space to build more racks and maximize the use of warehouse space.
The narrow aisle racks have become smaller because of the smaller aisles, and the increased density of racks increases the storage capacity by 30%-80% than the normal pallet racking.
The amount of stored goods is large, the goods are in and out more frequently, and there are higher picking requirements for the goods.
It is about 1600mm-2000mm, which greatly improves the space utilization rate of the warehouse.
The operation mode is flexible, and the storage and retrieval mode of the shelf can be first-in-first-out or first-in-last-out to meet different usage requirements.

Very Narrow Aisle Rack Features

Very narrow aisle pallet rack is mainly used with three-way forklifts, occupying small aisle, saving warehouse space, storing and picking up products quickly, and cutting down operating costs.

This layout is particularly suitable for logistic centers less than 15 meters high. Compared with conventional pallet racks, its aisle is much narrower (ordinarily 1600-2000 mm), increasing space utilization rate by approximately 20%.

Guide rails are installed on both sides of the aisle for the three-way forklift to run smoothly.
