Q: Do you have an MOQ limitation and how do you charge tooling fees?
MOQ: We do not impose a strict MOQ limit, but larger orders come with better pricing. We recommend an order quantity that fits at least one 20ft container (approx. 15 tons) to optimize logistics costs.
Tooling Fee: For custom products requiring new molds, the opening cost is charged before the first order and will be partially or fully refunded after reaching a specified order quantity.
