VNA (Very Narrow Aisle) Racking commonly referred to as VNA is an effective method of increasing pallet storage within a given area with the advantages of selective racking. This system requires a special forklift which reduces the aisle space by a minimum of 40% compared to traditional forklifts. This system still provides 100% product selectivity and utilizes the vertical space for pallet storage.

Extremely Narrow Aisles High Space Efficiency

Aisle width is only 1.6-2.2 meters (vs. 3+ meters for traditional racking), reducing aisle space by 30-50% and significantly improving floor utilization. Ideal for warehouses with high land costs or limited space. Racking height can reach 15-30 meters, leveraging vertical space for high-rise storage.

Balanced Density and Throughput

Combined with the precision of narrow-aisle forklifts, it achieves both high storage density and moderate-to-high inventory turnover, suitable for warehouses with medium-frequency access (e.g., e-commerce, manufacturing, cold chain).

What are the product advantages?
