Q. Can you supply custom electrostatic powder finishes for harsh environments?

Yes. We use a multi-stage pre-acid wash and zinc-phosphate pretreatment, followed by an electrostatically applied epoxy-polyester powder coat baked at 180°C. We also offer pre-galvanized or hot-dip galvanized finishes for high-moisture or cold-chain storage.

Our typical lead time is 20 to 30 days from layout sign-off to container loading.
